Store Policies

MisticShores.com offers the following Returns Policy:

Products may be returned within 10 days of receipt and if accompanied by all packing materials.  While we strive for perfection, we do realize that some items may arrive damaged.  We offer replacement or refund, only if we are notified within 7 business days of the product's damage.  In this case, we must receive the product and it's original packing before refunding your costs.  Replacements are normally shipped directly from the warehouses and may take up to two weeks.
